National Congress Sponsorship

LGMA was pleased to offer sponsorship for two young Tasmanians working in Local Government to attend the LGMA National Congress, which was held in Cairns from 22 – 25 May 2011.

LGMA National met the Congress Registration costs (including the Welcome Reception and Congress Dinner) and LGMA Tasmania covered the return airfare and reasonable accommodation costs.

The succcessful applicants were Shane Crawford (Devonport City Council) and Jacci Viney (Flinders Council).
