Local Government in Tasmania - where to next?

The LGMA Tasmania Board has prepared a paper in which it outlines issues that it feels should be considered in any future reform of  Local Government in Tasmania.

The paper has been presented to all political parties for consideration in the devlopment of their local government policies in the lead-up to the 2010 election.

The LGMA Board has also submitted the attached response to the Local Government Board's Voluntary Mergers Proposals paper.
