Emerging Leaders Program

LGMA Tasmania is proud to offer the 2011 Emerging Leaders Program.  This Program is a unique professional development opportunity for current leaders, those who aspire to positions of leadership and those who aspire to leadership in a particular area of interest within the Local Government sector.

The Program, developed and facilitated by UTAS,  focusses on equipping emerging leaders with:

• an understanding of the key challenges facing Local Government today and in the future;
• the skills and competencies to develop leadership ability; and
• the resources to continue learning and practicing leadership behaviours.
